Ive only used it for a few minutes, but overall this seems like it will be an excellent tool for making small icons or sprites using my mobile device. Allows users to choose 16x16, 32x32, 64x64, or 128x128 pixels when making a new image.

This is exactly what I always wanted! You create your own pixel work! I love it! Thanks!
I AM SICK OF THE DOIBLE TAP FILL! IT TOOK ME 20 MIN. TO DRAW A FIN ON A WOLF BECAUSE OF IT! otherwise great game!
Swag cash money
Allows user input of how many squares they want. Eg: instead of 64x64, maybe I want to make 90x30 or something like a panorama
Good app, and deserves a ton more downloads, a thing I would like would be brush tools, such as multiple widths and shades in brushes, similar to photoshop.
Very entertaining and surprisingly rewarding. The applications process for creating each piece requires the user to put in real, creative effort. The app has just the right mixture of demand placed on the user + automated processes. Feels more like Im the artist (Im not) than simply following instruction. -Thanks
Been using this a lot lately to start dabbling in pixel art and have found it to be a great utility. Its not perfect and has a few minor issues (such as a way to export a native file or better templates) but its the best app for this Ive found. Recommended!
This app is great one of the best on the App Store but I cant put as much detail as I want. It would be much appreciated if you can add larger grids with more pixels
I love this app. But I think you should add ability to save to camera roll as png and gif, especially for people who create sprites.
I like this app, it makes me feel like an artist.
There is no pipette tool after you use so many colors old colors are forgotten and for some its nearly impossible to recreate the same color y
Really fun and intuitive app. Easy to use! :-)
I absolutely adore this app. Out of all of the apps on my iPod I use this one the most. I love that you can choose any color imaginable. I also love the moving tool. All of the controls are super easy to use. This is my go to app for any pixel I make. The only option that I would like to have is a transparent tool. I like my backgrounds to be transparent and I wish there was a tool for it, but I will still give you 5/5 stars because it is my favorite app. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ •••••••••••••EDIT••••••••••••• ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Again, I have very few requests, but I have one new suggestion. An adjustable grid, or more grid sizes would be perfect. After using this app for over a month or so, I realized that 128 x 128 is not big enough. May I suggest maybe a maximum grid size of 500 or so. Then we (the user) could choose any grid size below it. I hope you take this into consideration. Thank you very much!
It is sooooooooo fun to get my own pictures and make them pixels
(This review includes a tip for increasing canvas size) I myself am not much of an artist, but even I found myself sinking hours of time into this app. Its simple to use, doesnt suffer from awkward input issues (except maybe drawing when I try to zoom/slide, but thats minor) and the examples are a rather nice touch. I do have a couple suggestions, though. I would like an easier way to store my favourite colours than just the history bar, and the lack of a number input for precise selection is annoying. Also, whats with the tool that looks like an eyedropper? I cant get it to do anything. For those who want a canvas bigger than 128x128, I found a clever, if awkward, way to do just that. The selection screen doesnt use borders, so if you use two or more canvases right next to each other you can increase your maximum width to 912 and your maximum height to pretty much infinity. If that size still isnt enough for you... you scare me. Overall, the app is fun, doesnt limit you, and the only money you spend is up front. Id say thats deserving of five stars.
The interface and interaction is just great. After you learnt how to use every functions, its really easy and enjoyable making a pixel art. Some suggestion for improvements: 1. Have smaller previews. Currently the preview is several times the original size. It would be really handy to be able to preview them in 1:1 sizes. 2. Custom canvas size. For example if I want to create a 18x18 pixel art, Ill have to use the 32x32 preset and manually draw a border in the middle. 3. More editing tools like lines, rectangles and circles. Its rather difficult to create a shape of a certain size. So having tools to create different shapes in a specific size would be nice, especially for circles. 4. Multiple color palletes, like bookmarks. When creating pixel arts with kinda "grindy" looks, for each color there would be different variations. In this case multiple palletes would be handy. This app is really well made, and with more addition to functonalities, it would become a great tool not just for doodling, but serious pixel art creation as well.
So Im the type to jump in with an idea, then frantically scramble to make my ideas come to fruition. I needed custom Minecraft heads for a youth camp, but I hate having to sit down at a computer to design stuff. This app was perfect: I was able to design 8 heads, all with 4 sides, within a day and got them printed and plastered on to card board boxes. You can see the results at XianXast. Only thing Id like to see is an 8x8 option to make Minecrafting easier.
Everything is good except for when you move the picture then the whole thing disappears >=(
